Does anyone know the interviewing process at IBM?
I just applied for an interactive marketing manager here in Detroit!
I am not sure what you mean by the “interviewing process”. The interviews themselves, will be pretty much the same as any I/T company. You will be asked questions about your resume, about your career and educational background, about your current skills, and will talk with many people that you might work with, as well as managers. This is fairly standard.
Also, how quickly you get to the interview stage depends on how you applied. If you apply via the job listing on the web: http://www-03.ibm.com/employment/ , or directly to the posting manager, or through a “headhunter” agency, will make a difference.
