Designing A Website
Which programs do you recommend for designing website banners?
I’ve reviewed several and am really on the fence. Photoshop costs several hundred dollars, so that’s not an option. I want to be able to design banners with layers of cool elements and tweak them to my heart’s content. Can you recommend something that will allow me to use many of the great things that I can upload into the program and use for my designs? Some have spiraling leaves or layers of splatters and all kinds of fun textures. Your thoughts on this? Thank you!!!
